Beyond impressed by the customer service here. I placed an online order for 2 brand new grills and within 5 minutes I got a call from someone at the store to confirm the details of my order. Later that day I made a separate order for an accessory for one of those grills. I selected store pick up and was just going to install it myself. Again, within 5 minutes of placing the order, I get a phone call asking if I would like them to install it and deliver it with the grill. Absolutely!!! Both grills arrived today, fully assembled and they hauled away my old ones. Delivery guys were very friendly and handled everything. Super happy with this whole experience and I will be shopping at this Ace more often now because of it.

to the owner: these people deserve a raise or at least a nice bonus! This location has the most helpful and kind employees. I live nearby, and this is my go-to place for anything project-related. Sometimes I come just to look around because I love it in here. And I always leave with something! I’m always greeted warmly and offered assistance even when I don’t ask. Every single person here is awesome and so, so kind. Thank you!!!

Brandon is literally the iconic Ace Hardware employee. During a phone call, I described the situation of needing a very specific bolt. Brandon was dedicated to the task in finding this bolt, and went above and beyond to assist my purchase. He was very professional, organized and executed everything perfectly for my dad to pick up the bolt in my behalf. Brandon is a key component to Ace Hardware or any business. And, if all of retail could relate to Brandon and I’s experience, the world would be a better place.

Store was very clean and organized. Went in looking to replace a ac capacitor on my outside condenser unit. A nice gentleman with keys asked if I needed help. Advised what I was looking for. Showed him a picture of my old capacitor and he was able to find the exact one I needed. Fast and friendly service and checkout was quick aswell. In and out in 5 mins

I love Ace Hardware, especially this location. Ace is filled with fun, unique items from gifts to household need. This location has the friendliest employees. It is so nice to walk in and be immediately greeted, helped if needed and always with a smile. They typically have multiple checkout lanes open, so you don't have to wait - in and out in a flash! I love parking area too. The actraul area is close to the entrance and lots of spaces. The store is also very clean. Need cards, bird seed, wind chimes, candles, home repair, lawn items and so much more? Ace is your store!

Amazing store and staff. Always helpful and friendly. Good inventory. They had my AC capacitor in stock, unlike the big box stores. Previously their team helped me find the correct gas connections for my NG generator.

I have not been to a hardware store in a long time. I am very glad that they are still available. Ace was great! They had lots of staff and a wide selection. Staff was helpful in finding the right weed eater string I needed. In and out no problem. Plenty of parking. I will be back!

Hello today. I visited Ace Hardware City and was immediately approached by the owner, Ali, who was exceptionally polite, warm, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment for all your household needs, both inside and out. Prior to departing, I posed several questions to the cashier, Kayla, a very polite and welcoming young lady with a beautiful smile. Your business certainly deserves 10 stars.

Love Ace, always helpful, always friendly. Girl at register 5 was friendly and helpful. She helped me save more with not just my coupons but rewards I never knew I had. Saved over $50. Good to know they were able to see my rewards.

Last week I came to this store for the first time, and I was shocked by how quickly someone asked me for help. His name was Brandon, and he had a very friendly attitude and smile. But as I was looking around, another Employee, Pam, asked if I needed help. When he helped, he was knowledgeable, got me exactly what I needed, and helped with other problems. Even their manager, Ian, was very friendly and took time to listen to me. My apologies if I didn’t get all the names correct. This store is amazing, and I would recommend it to everyone.
